What should I do if my LED strip doesn’t light up?
1. Check if the power supply, controller and strip light is properly connected. 2. Check if the LED strip is damaged (scratches, over curve/fold, or breaks). Handle it gently during installation to avoid issues. 3. Reach out to us if you need support
What should I do if my remote control doesn't work?
1. Remove the battery isolation tab from the remote control. 2. Point the remote directly at the controller within a 5-meter range. 3. Check the battery level and replace if necessary. 4. No obstructions/blocks between the remote and the controller.
Is it waterproof?
No.
Is it cuttable?
Yes, you can cut it to your desired length at the marked line with a scissor. After cutting, the section of the strip without power will not light up, only the connected part will function, so plan your cuts carefully!
