Won't connect to APP
1. Download the updated "Smart Life" app. 2. Turn on the light strip, and long press the controller button till the light strip blinks rapidly (in pairing mode). 3. Follow the guidance in the app, and add device to the "Smart Life" app.
Won't connect to WiFi
1. The smart LED strip only supports 2.4GHz network, please split dual-band networks or rename the 2.4GHz SSID. 2. Move the router closer signal. 3. Ensure the WiFi password is correct. 4. Reset the strip or reboot the router, and try it again.
Does it have white light?
No pure white light. This is a RGB led strip, the white light is simulated.
Is it cuttable?
Yes. Please unplug before cutting, and cut at marked scissor icons or copper pads. After cutting, the section of the strip without power will not light up, so plan your cuts carefully.
